Dr. BN Prabhavathi is a Gynaecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon based in Mandya in Karnataka, where she is Medical Director at Pragathi Hospital, situated on General Hospital Road. The hospital has facilities for laparoscopy, and is equipped to handle high-risk pregnancies. Infertility treatment is also provided.

Dr. Prabhavathi received her medical education at Mysore Medical College in Mysore, obtaining the MBBS degree in 1982, and following it up with a DGO in 1984 and an MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1985. She worked at the Government Hospital in Mandya until 1989. She then established the Pragathi Hospital, where she has been treating patients for the past 25 years.
